I literally cannot say enough nice things about Jason. Seriously, whether you’re looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell (or both at the same time), look no further. My wife and I were looking to buy a house in the Glastonbury - Marlborough - Colchester area and Jason put up with us for over a year, showing us countless houses, going above and beyond the whole time. Whether it was climbing up into the attic with me, crawling in the basement, or even buying an EMF detector to see if some nearby power lines were a problem, Jason provided a feeling of comfort with every decision we made. Even when we finally found the house for us, Jason helped us develop the most competitive offer we felt comfortable with and gave us all of our options without pushing us any particular way. When it came time to sell our existing house at the same time, Jason couldn’t have made it easier. Every recommendation, from which repairs to make, to listing price, to timeline and marketing options, Jason was right the whole way. In the end, we sold our house after 2 days on the market, getting 9 competing offers well over asking price. Seriously, don’t over think it, trust Jason.
