After looking at the market for a while, Jason helped us lock in an amazing five-bedroom home in a great neighborhood in Middletown CT and beat out multiple offers using a smart escalation clause, a strong appraisal-gap strategy, and a rock-solid lender partnership referral. Jason was the best asset I could ask for in purchasing my first home.
