Jason was very knowledgeable and responsive during the entire process. He definitely went to extra effort, whether in finding homes to visit and scheduling appointments, guiding us through the offer process, or negotiating the challenges that came up during the last few weeks before closing. Jason was truly an amazing person to work with. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers so finding a good realtor was very important to us, and Jason was perfect. He was able to provide so much information and share his knowledge of both the areas we looked in (Andover, Manchester) as well as houses in general when going through on tours. He made us feel comfortable and confident through out this entire process and never let us be confused. If anyone needs a realtor I highly recommend Jason!!

We just used Jason to sell our home in CT while we are stationed in Alabama. It was such a smooth and easy process. He helped us sell our home for $40 k over asking. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, and easily accessible. He was able to help us handle unforeseen issues that arose easliy and quickly. Jason was able to negotiate appraisal coverage for the sale of our home. Jason has a very easy and clear process when trying to differentiate between offers to see which is the best for you. I will definitely be using Jason to buy our new home on our return to CT.
