Jason was an incredible realtor to work with during the process of selling and buying a home. He is very knowledgeable and gave us many great tips to get our house sold quickly. He was always available to talk or meet up at the drop of a hat if we had any questions or wanted to look at a home. Our house sold quickly within ONE day of being on the market and I do believe it’s because we had Jason as our realtor. We highly recommend him to sell or help you purchase your home. Jason helped me purchase my first home and was a pleasure to work with. I had spoken with a number of realtors before meeting Jason, and I knew right away he was the one I wanted to stick with. He was very good with communication, responding to calls and texts in less than 10 minutes. He was very willing to show me homes the day they were listed, and in some cases even bringing new homes to my attention the moment they listed. He was also very helpful in understanding the process as this was my first home purchase. Overall, everything went very smoothly working with Jason and I will definitely work with him again. I am very happy with the home we were able to purchase together!

Jason was very honest and experienced during my whole experience purchasing my first home. He let me know the available options on the market that suited the area and style I’d like to live. He also facilitated the negotiations with the seller very well. I was able to get into my first home at a reasonable price compared to its appraised value.
