Off the Chart Excellence Jared excelled at all aspects of being a realtor. We were constantly amazed at how adept he was in every phase of the new purchase process. He listened very well, helping us narrow down the neighborhood as well as the type of single family home. He found us a good financing source that helped us narrow down how much we could spend. He had resources in good professionals to offer us for all of our needs right down to contractors and handymen. He was a superb negotiator, beyond competent, he was excellent. He helped us when other parties fell down on their responsibilities, he picked up the slack seamlessly with as little stress for us as possible. Jared is an outstanding leader in the real estate field and we can't recommend him highly enough, if I could give him 10 stars it wouldn't accurately reflect his skills. Joy Howell

When my elderly father needed to relocate, Jared was indispensable in helping me sell his condo: helping me find a mover on short notice, arranging for contractors to get the place ready for sale at reasonable cost, and guiding me through the negotiations on the sales contract. He was no-drama, let's-get-it-done, which was just what I needed while managing my father's needs.

I would not refer Jared to anyone. Jared represented the seller in my recent purchase transaction and so many headaches could have been avoided with the proper effort, foresight or care. His seller and he did not have keys to deliver at closing and they were obtained largely through the compensating efforts of the escrow agent, property management company and buyer.
