When my elderly father needed to relocate, Jared was indispensable in helping me sell his condo: helping me find a mover on short notice, arranging for contractors to get the place ready for sale at reasonable cost, and guiding me through the negotiations on the sales contract. I would not refer Jared to anyone. Jared represented the seller in my recent purchase transaction and so many headaches could have been avoided with the proper effort, foresight or care. His seller and he did not have keys to deliver at closing and they were obtained largely through the compensating efforts of the escrow agent, property management company and buyer.
