Jacqui did an excellent job assisting me in the purchase of my home. I was a first time buyer, and she went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She helped me narrow down my search to non-flood zone areas. She found out that a property that was at the top of my list was about to have a huge apartment complex built right behind it and would negatively impact the property value going forward. She gave her honest opinion about layouts/floor plans (and which would be best for resale value down the line). She really listened to me and got to know what I would like and dislike. I couldn't believe how available she was (often answering texts/phone calls late into the evening and on weekends). She also gave outstanding advice on negotiations and I got an incredible deal (this is mostly due to her local expertise since she has lived in Southwest Florida her entire life).

Jacqui was absolutely amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and made our relocation to Florida easy. Jacqui patiently helped us wade through our priorities to find the best home for us. We were so impressed with her knowledge of the market. We highly recommend her!

Jacqui showed us a wide variety of properties and and options. She was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and personable. We were out of state when the house was inspected and she was there the entire time. The roof was going to be replaced prior to closing and she checked on the progress daily. She made the process of buying a house much easier and we would recommend her and use her in the future if that time comes.
