We had outstanding experience working with Brenda on the purchase of our vacation home in Florida. Over the many years I have been involved in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, I can confidently say that working with Brenda Sheets was an absolute pleasure. She was always on top of everything, responded quickly to inquiries, and provided any information needed to ensure a smooth transaction. I hope to work with her again in the future if I decide to sell my current house. Anyone who has had the fortunate opportunity to work with her understands what I mean. I also appreciate the comprehensive folder she created, which listed all the previous vendors associated with the property. Being able to contact vendors who have previously provided services to the property is extremely important to me, and no one has ever done this for me before. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with her.

This is the second opportunity we have had to work with Brenda Sheets. Both experiences have been extremely positive. She helped us this year to sell a townhouse/condominium in a very difficult market. Brenda is thorough in her preparation of the property. She gathers all the details of capital improvements, differences from other "similar" units, particular advantages of the location, etc. She was always available when needed and ran numerous open houses. For interested purchasing parties she spent as much time as needed answering, and getting the answers to, questions. Brenda also helped in the purchase of our new home. She was there for the inspection, the walk-through, and other times as needed. She is always willing to help with questions relative to closing. She seeks the best possible outcome for her clients. She is a please to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in SW Florida.

Brenda and the whole Sheets family are phenomenal. They are not only kind and courteous, they are honest. They really know what they are doing. They know the market, and kept me well informed every step of the way. And not just in selling my home, but in all the matters involved in transferring to a new home in a new location, which they helped me buy. Brenda always answered or returned my calls quickly. If I had to sell my home, or buy a new home again I would not hesitate to call Brenda.
