After the death of my husband, I was looking to downsize while remaining in the area where I had been living and had friends and activities. I heard about Jacklyn from a good friend. I found Jacklyn to be sympathetic, responsive and knowledgeable. It did did not take her long to find me the perfect home at the right price. I have lived here for 13 years and have never regretted my choice of either house or realtor. I would highly recommend Jacklyn to anyone looking for an experienced, competent and professional agent.

We had the best experience with Jacklyn. Life threw us a couple curveballs but she wasn't able to help guide us through the process and get us the price we had hoped for. We would definitely recommend her and contact her in the future if we move back to Burlingame.

Jacklyn was very personable, accommodating and patient with us. We took a few years and many offers on houses to finally commit to buying a house. Jacklyn was always enthusiastic to the homes we chose to view and she would always meet with us to show us around the neighborhoods if we were not familiar with them. She provided school information, current market trends and ideas for any renovations. After purchasing this home, once we made renovations, we re-listed and sold it through her. She's wonderful!

Jacklyn was a pleasure to work with, she is sharp and brings with her a deep knowledge of the business. She grew up in the area and her history of the community was a genuine asset because it provided her with an understanding of the subtle nuances of each local market as well as an enormous amount of connections in the area. We were in the middle of a challenging market during the sell of our house, she was extremely perceptive and advised us wisely to make appropriate adjustments that proved to be successful. As offers came in she was effective in negotiating the terms through the counter process, and we ultimately ended up with a deal that both were parties were very happy with. Jacklyn also assisted us with the purchase of a new home which was not a straight forward deal, because the parties involved had unique requirements. She was diligent and guided us through every step of this complicated process. The short timeframe that we were asked to close on was extremely tight and Jacklyn was vigilant at engaging all the groups involved and managing expectations. Throughout all these series of events, Jacklyn always accessible, made every situation comfortable, effortless and was competent in all transactions.
