Always went the extra mile in helping us purchase our new home here in Emmett, Idaho. We lived out of state and the entire process was a smooth one due to Jacki’s diligence. Jacki was more than willing to help us sell & buy a home. She was always available when a new listing popped up that we wanted to visit. Jacki was very close when doing her fair market analysis when we decided to sell our home. We put in 3 offers on homes we hoped to purchase & Jacki was very willing to get these offers written up at the drop of a hat which was very appreciated!

My husband and I highly recommend Jacki! She responded to phone messages and/or e-mails almost immediately, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. She even went out of her way to assist in printing documents and meeting us during our moving transition because we did not have a printer. She is very personable and kind.
