I’ve worked with several agents in the area and Ida is absolutely the best out there. Not only is she responsive and dedicated to her clients, she is very knowledgeable about the market, types of homes, builders in the area, and even materials used in homes. She was very honest about a home when we asked her opinion and made sure we had every detail to ensure we didn’t pick a dud. She cares more about helping people than selling a home, and that is why we will utilize her when we sell our home and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Writing this review for Ida is especially difficult and incredibly easy at the same time. Back in 2016 Ida helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was an amazing experience. Ida is not your average real estate agent. She goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY. She comes with so much experience and isn’t afraid to be completely transparent no matter how it affects her bottom line. She genuinely just wants the best for every person she works with. This year we decided to sell the home Ida helped us buy and to no surprise Ida pulled this off without a hitch. She gave us step-by-step instructions on how to get our house ready and guided us to make sure that we got the best possible offer with the least amount of risk. Our home sold in no time. Ida was great! Super helpful as we were selling from out of state. Helped me find workers to touch up the property and got it all staged and photographed for selling. She worked with us on figuring out pricing and we completed the whole selling process, including closing, in just 24 days.
