One of the best agents I have ever met. Works hard for you. Will even do physical labor to help get the job done. Has a array of personal to do anything and everything to meet his goals. He listed my home and with recommendations we had a buyer the first week. On the market and sold in less than 45 days. That's unreal

Ian did a wonderful job selling my business partner Miss Vicki's house in Palos Verdes that she assigned for me to do on her behalf. He was a true gentlemen always accommodating and helpful. Great open house and superb marketing i.e. drone video was incredible and awesome brochure. Needless to say he got us numerous offers within a week, closing at full price.

I had meet Ian some years ago, he would walk the neighborhood and talk to people. When we needed assistance in selling a house, we contacted Ian, he made the selling of the house a pleasant experience, Ian explained and assisted us through the escrow process, Ian is very patient and has a positive attitude, I would definitely use him again.
