Ian did a wonderful job selling my business partner Miss Vicki's house in Palos Verdes that she assigned for me to do on her behalf. He was a true gentlemen always accommodating and helpful. Great open house and superb marketing i.e. drone video was incredible and awesome brochure. Needless to say he got us numerous offers within a week, closing at full price.

I had meet Ian some years ago, he would walk the neighborhood and talk to people. When we needed assistance in selling a house, we contacted Ian, he made the selling of the house a pleasant experience, Ian explained and assisted us through the escrow process, Ian is very patient and has a positive attitude, I would definitely use him again.

We were a bit nervous about selling our home. We knew Ian from all he’d shared over the years. When we met he really made us feel comfortable about the entire process. He shared where the real estate market was for our neighborhood and where our home fits. We talked about timing, preparation, & we created a blueprint from start to finish. Nowadays, real estate is all about the relationships. Fortunately for us, Ian Rusnell's relationships made an incredibly competitive housing market significantly easier to navigate. From the beginning he really got to know us and was dedicated to finding us our dream home.
