Chris Summers guided us through purchasing a home in a market that was unfamiliar to us. Our original purchase plan would have been a cake walk. But when things changed, Chris (and the entire group) really stepped up and took care of us. Things could easily have derailed but Chris kept everything going in the right direction. He handled difficult situations with the utmost of professionalism and diplomacy. We are thrilled to be in our new home.

Chris helped me get my no credit situation in the right direction in March 2020. He followed up in 6 months ,and by Dec able to get credit approval up from 0 to 230K then 310k. He patiently went over at least 10 houses before settling a great house,and he was on the Gulf of Mexico on vacation . Closed in Feb 2021. Thank you Chris

I cold called Chris when looking for a new home in Charleston. I thought I was calling a business line for someone to schedule an apartment showing for me, but ending up meeting my new realtor. He took care of me from the moment we began talking. He cared about my needs, my wants, and ultimately my happiness. He was patient and respectful, didn’t pressure me to buy right away or settle for something I wasn’t happy with. I recommend him to anyone looking for an attentive, knowledgeable realtor.
