Hilary Pender is an excellent real estate agent. I am really impressed by her considerable expertise, analysis ability, negotiation skill, and high working efficiency throughout the whole process. Where do I start to appreciate Hilary? I am so glad that I got referred by my friend to Hilary and her professionalism just surprised me over and over. I got a condo with a super reasonable price because of her superb negotiation skills, diligence, and patience. The contract settled THREE days after she showed me the listing. THIS IS MAGICAL. Her help extended to condo inspection, communication with attorneys, money wiring tip, etc. I am so thankful working with Hilary for my first condo-purchasing experience. I am sure I will work with her again in the future as she is the best in Chi-town. Highly recommend her.

Hilary Pender is an extraordinarily gifted real estate agent. We hired her after the first agent we hired seemed to just want to get the deal through. He did not seem to be advocating for us. Hilary did a detailed market analysis and helped us to get our house into shape so we could get top dollar. She dealt with craziness from other agents and buyers with grace and extraordinary business acumen. She has excellent negotiation skills. Hire her and follow her advice to the letter, and you will get the best possible deal on your house. She is the first real estate agent we have used who truly worked for us. The others were just working for themselves and doing what they had to do to get the through with minimal house. Hilary always had our best interests in mind and went to bat for us time and time again. Our house was in the high 300's, but she gave us the same attention we would expect if we were selling a 3 million dollar house. We recommend her unreservedly.
