As my seller’s agent, Dusty was outstanding. I had 11 showings on the first day, and if necessary, she can list a property in multiple MLS systems in AZ. She ensured I got the best price possible for my listing, which turned out to be thousands over my asking price, a result of her experience and skill in leveraging the types of offers that we had. Trust me, experience counts! Next time I need an agent I’ll definitely reach out to her first.

Let me start first by saying I would exceed the 5 star system if I could, and I recommend Dusty and her crew more than I would any other realtor in the state. I started my journey back in the middle of 2019 and I happened upon Dusty from a listing I drove by on the east side of Flagstaff. We ended up taking around 8 months before we ended up closing on a house a week ago. Every issue that came during our closing process Dusty was able to rectify and find an answer very fast. Dusty was also able to point out things I wouldn't have noticed or bring other people she knows to the table such as contractors or specialists. Needless to say, I will be using Dusty again in the future when it is time to buy and sell again!
