There every step of the way! I first met Hannah in 2024 through a mutual friend. At the time, I was interested in buying a second property similar to my first. She found this property for me and took care of everything I could’ve possibly asked for. Her lender was able to qualify me for the home by myself, which was a huge accomplishment for me personally! A little over a year later, we came up on PCS orders and I had to sell the home quick! So I trusted none other than Hannah, she was able to get me the home and she was able to sell the home! Even with the current market, definitely being a buyers market our home sold quicker than anticipated. She brought me a total of five offers and two were cash offers. She took care of my home as we had to move and saw all repairs through herself. We could not have done this without her and I know a lot of people might throw that around lightly, but we seriously could not have done this without her. Trust that Hannah will care for you to find you the perfect home for you family or sell your home when relocating. I absolutely look forward to working with her again.

Best agent ever! Represented us as a buyers agent. Never felt rushed to make a decision as she was very patient (we looked at a lot of properties). Helped us see the pros and cons of each home, neighborhood, etc. Great suggestions of things to consider. Very knowledgeable of the area and quick to respond to questions. She has been reliable and comprehensive in representing our interests as the buyer. Has many connections we asked for her support with (inspectors, banking, etc) that helped us immensely and made this a very seamless process. Took so much of the stress of home buying off of us. I will definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a real estate agent. She will take good care of you.

Hannah was Amazing. . I interviewed over seven real estate teams before deciding who would sell my home. Many came with unrealistic comps—either far too low or overly optimistic—and some even had a negative attitude about how my beautiful home would perform on the market. Others gave me the typical sales pitch without really listening. Hannah stood out immediately. She brought the most realistic and well-researched market analysis, paired with a positive, can-do attitude that gave me confidence from day one. She truly listened to our needs and supported us through every step of the process. Thanks to her strategy and preparation, we had two strong, competitive offers on the very first day we went live. Her communication was outstanding—she was accessible, proactive, and always on top of every detail and deadline. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I can’t recommend her enough!

Hannah is a Rock Star! Hannah was actually the buyer's agent when we were selling our house and went above and beyond for a smooth transaction. I wish all Realtors could be as professional as she was throughout the process.
