Greg helped me with selling a property of a friend who needed to sell his house. He was/is an outstanding realtor who knows the entire Phila. area very well (& probably beyond) and was there every step of the way in the listing & selling process. In a short time he got a higher-than-listed price for the property too. And--he keeps on helping. My friend wasn't able to get his tax documents, and needs them now to complete his yearly tax filings. Enter Greg, & his wonderful wife Erin (wo is the administrator for the company). Within an hour today I had a document listing everything paid for taxes on property. If you want outstanding help from people who are always thinking of other ways to help you, this is the realty! When I eventually want to sell my own houe there's only one person/reality I'm going to contact--Greg Martire & Springer Realty!

Hi Everyone, Wesley K. Firkin is an amazingly friendly and helpful person. He helped me to find a suitable house within my budget and likings. He honestly highlighted the pros and cons of any house we visited together. He guided me thoroughly from visiting the house (that I bought) to the closing of the deal. Even he dealt with the lending agency, title company, house inspections, and closing cost. I am really grateful for his excellent service. I wish him a very bright future in his profession.

Wesley sold my home, my office and rental property. He did an awesome job. Went above and beyond from listing to closing. We were even out of state for the settlements and Wesley handled all of it exceptionally well! He was in constant communication with me and I absolutely never had to track him down or wait days for a call back. Fantastic job Wesley thank you!!

There are not too many people in the world who actually love to help people and love to see others reach their goals. Well lucky for me Jen is one of those people. This woman has fought for me and my family to buy the house that fits us and got us full seller's assistance during the Corona virus. This woman was fun, loving and had my back during this entire process. There was a time that I wanted to give up because things with my lender wasn't working out. Lenders were afraid to give out loans and contracts was being canceled left and right. It was a big mess. But Jen advocated for me and made it happen. She even worked to keep things in order during her vacation. The support and dedication this woman showed is unbelievable. In September we close on the house after only meeting in June. This will not be a forever home and I will use her again in the future. Thank you so much jen. My girls and I appreciate all that you have done.

I am in the process of moving to the Philly/Doylestown area and Gregory has been a true friend along the way. He provides me daily with options and insights on different neighborhoods. We are credit challenged, and have a large dog; So to have a local Jedi Master like Mr. Martire assisting us with our selection is a great value, since so far he has charged me nothing at all and zero cents. I hope I run into him in line at the deli because he will be getting cold cuts for free that day. Thank you Gregory for all your help!
