It was my first time buying a house and Greg did a great job guiding us through the process and then eventually to closing on a great house. Very responsive and helped us through spur of the moment questions as we texted him when they came up.

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Greg was and is always available to answer questions and give advice. He explained the process completely and has continued throughout the whole process. Never with what I and most would call a "salesman" pushiness. I put a lot of time and energy in preparing my home for best presentation with advice on what to do and what not to do. Greg's advice was spot on and we had an offer immediately. First class and will highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!! Full disclosure in that I met Greg when my daughter worked for him. When it came time to sell my home I met with four other agents from different companies under due diligence. Greg was still the obvious choice. Thank You Greg for everything!!

Greg was wonderful and super easy to work with. He was able to get 2 offers on my condo within 5 days, when it was listed previously for over 30 days. My property was listed, 2 offers over asking, closing costs paid by the buyer and closed within 30 days! I will definitely recommend Greg.
