Gerhardt was nothing short of spectacular!! He was so patient with us. He stuck with us, even after we got cold feet and quit. When we got ready and back on track, he was ready to go again. He is down to earth and very personable. During our house search, his knowledge of things to check was so helpful. His communication and responsiveness were probably the best part of working with him. He took us through process if while on a family vacation in Europe!!! I would highly recommend Gerhardt!

Gerhardt helped us so much with buying our first house, he provided us the knowledge and expertise we needed in the home buying process. He was so responsive to all of our text messages, he offered to call us to discuss questions and to discuss all other home questions we needed answered.

I met Lori at an open house in Chaska in September of 2017. Not living in this area I did not know any local realtors. I felt an immediate connection with her. She is honest, sincere and caring. She would send me her own narrated videos of townhomes as soon as they became available. She showed me many possibilities and not finding the “right” one was discouraging. Finally after 8 months she helped me find the perfect one. All this time she encouraged me and did all the right things promptly to make it happen. She is the best! Highly recommend her!

Gerhardt Mahling was amazing to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is purchasing and/or selling a home. When working with Gerhardt, there was no pressure and that meant a lot to us when making such an important decision. He helped us a lot throughout this process by showing us (first time home buyers) what we should be looking into when purchasing a home. His communication was excellent; always responds to any questions and continuously checks in to see how everything is going throughout the process. I could go on and on about Gerhardt, but you will have to meet and work with him to truly see how great of a realtor he is.
