The market had slowed, the property needed repairs and an old septic system made selling our Chatsworth home a challenge. Chris handled it all with gracious professionalism and skill. I met Chris several times over the years at some of her open houses and was impressed with her knowledge of the processes and practices of real estate as well as the details of the houses she represented. When it came time to sell my house there was no question who I wanted to rep me.
