I met Chris several times over the years at some of her open houses and was impressed with her knowledge of the processes and practices of real estate as well as the details of the houses she represented. When it came time to sell my house there was no question who I wanted to rep me. She made spot-on decisions of determining the right asking price, timing open houses and following up with possible buyers. This resulted in a speedy sale in an unsettled market. The myriad details of preparation for sale, dealing with inspection demands and addressing a very short escrow were handled so they were painless to me. She made sure the entire process was handled in a fair and efficient manner.

As a first-time home buyer in California, we were nervous about the whole home buying process but Chris made a breeze. Her patience and ability to explain every step made us feel comfortable and well informed. Her ability to simplify the real estate process and her constant support and trust during the whole process helped us tremendously. Chris was very responsive during my home buying process and followed up with each and every step from offer acceptance to home inspections till home closing process. She is very trustworthy and I highly recommend Chris , if you looking for house near Los Angeles area.

Chris has everything I want in a realtor, and more! I live remotely, and Chris worked to quickly gain my trust. She has a deep understanding of the market and knows how to optimize the sale in terms of speed and price. My parents’ home was well-located but very dated. She knew how to draw out the potential of the property, proposing and implementing minimal improvements to generate a very positive ROI. She was very hands on and employed her trusty resources to quickly prep the house for sale. She listed the house at a fair price and then handled the multiple offers, landing a price which exceeded my expectations. I felt very comfortable leaving the country while in escrow, knowing that she would ensure a smooth close. Besides being a top-notch professional, she is extremely personable and ethical. Highly recommend!

Chris Williams is an absolute GEM! My husband and I just closed on our Northridge home with Chris yesterday and let me tell you, she gets the job DONE. We had always heard she was THE realtor to use, and now we know why! Throughout the whole home buying experience, she was such a treasure trove of knowledge. She seemed to be an expert at everything- from the home loan to termites to home renovation projects. She is well-known in the community so has built quite a network of trusted professionals. Each time we interacted with her whether it was in person, via phone or text, my husband and I would just rave to each other, our family, and our friends, about how glad we were that she represented us. It felt like she was a long-time friend helping us, giving us honest advice even if it wasn't to her benefit so we knew we could trust her 100%. She communicated to us every step of the way and was available to help us at what seemed like any time of day, every day. She and her husband were just so supportive and kind to us, truly going above and beyond. Even after we closed, Chris came by the home and expressed to us that she would continue to support us as we go through home renovations. We have no doubt she would do this for us because she is now more than a realtor but a friend. Thank you Chris!!

I am the Trustee of an Estate, of which one asset was a house in Porter Ranch that its heirs wanted to sell. Knowing no one in the local area (I live 1300 miles distant), I sought referrals for a high-quality agent to represent the sale. One agent recommended often is Chris Williams. I called her; we scheduled a phone interview for the next day. Please know that I am very demanding of the professionals with whom I choose to work. I know this but Chris did not so one filter was how she handled my pointed questions... how she handled me. In a word, with aplomb. At no time did Chris become flustered (which trait would later prove especially helpful); her replies quick and incisive, often insightful. I told her about the issues and problems that could occur with this sale; for example, I would not visit LA to facilitate this sale so she and I had to work together from a distance. Chris shared details of how she handled similar listings in the past; not only their successful conclusion but the process itself. We discussed the house and how we might differentiate it from other listings for a successful sale; listing on MLS, sure, but the other venues that could help facilitate a sale. There is more, much more, to a successful listing than just inputting its details into the MLS. As deftly as Chris answered my questions during our initial call, her skills and talents shone especially brightly from the inception of the listing on MLS through to the close of escrow. For various reasons, none known in advance, selling this house proved difficult; the process required extra helpings of endurance, patience, good temperament, and flat-out sales skill. Chris has those characteristics and more. One truth that presented itself during the listing is that, in the wake of changes in agents's commission structure, many possible buyers had yet to hire their agent. This change is recent so things could change again but perhaps buyers thought that, should they find a property of interest (enough to write a bid), they would just ask the seller's agent - Chris - to represent them. This dual relationship, buyer's AND seller's agent gives many sellers and buyers conniption fits. Fortunately I already had a good sense of Chris's skills and her personal/professional character so I authorized her to proceed. If that step was a test, she passed with flying colors; in our listing, she represented both buyer and seller fairly, sharing only the information she could to each party while keeping confidential the information that should not be shared. Chris's skills for both buyer and seller helped bring this difficult sale to a successful conclusion, one in which all parties walked away happy and satisfied. And you know what else? Chris is eminently likable; you will like her. And isn't that the type of agent you seek? An agent who knows the rules, abides by the rules, has skills galore - for sellers, knows marketing; for buyers, knows how to find the house right for you; for each party, how to negotiate so that all parties are happy... And is a good person. That sentence describes Chris but in no way does it sum up the solid traits she brings to this professional relationship. I have no hesitation to provide a hearty, solid, non-equivocal recommendation of and for Chris Williams.
