Garrett was phenomenal in assisting my husband and I with the purchase of our very first home. Garrett was excellent to work with! His superb marketing skills helped us sell our house quickly (3 days) with multiple solid offers. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. But besides that, we greatly appreciated how communicative Garrett was and his attention to detail as helped us navigate each step of the selling process.
