Garrett is truly the BEST realtor you will ever find. From the very beginning, he was personable, attentive, and completely invested in understanding our needs and wants when selecting a home. His response time is incredibly fast—every listing I sent him was arranged for a tour by the end of the day, and we were walking through homes within 24–48 hours. No delays, no waiting around. And when he tours homes, he approaches them as if he were the one buying. He takes detailed notes, checks the foundation and structure, asks smart questions, and offers tips and ideas we would have never thought of. Even though we ended up choosing a new construction, Garrett still went above and beyond. He asked all the right questions, connected us with an excellent inspector, and guided us through every step of the entire process. During our orientation and signings, he showed up immediately, took notes, asked the seller and builder questions we didn’t even think of—and even helped keep our six-year-old twins entertained while we focused. Garrett is truly a class act. From the moment we first met him in his office, he made us feel comfortable, provided a folder full of helpful information, and answered all of our questions—ours and our twins’. He is straightforward, honest, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. His walk-throughs were thorough, his preparation was impressive, and he consistently went above and beyond in every single interaction. He is simply amazing, and I would refer EVERYONE to him.

Garrett was great! We are first time home buyers and he made the process such a breeze. He answered all our questions, silly or not, with respect and honesty. I would definitely recommend Garrett to any first time home buyers!

Garrett was phenomenal in assisting my husband and I with the purchase of our very first home. He was able to share expansive knowledge about the market, homebuying process, and even the homes themselves. His response time, attention to detail, and frequent check ins show he really cares. Garrett is a realtor you can trust. We felt like we could be very open and honest with him. And he negotiated us a sweet deal!!! Overall, we absolutely loved working with Garrett and will continue to recommend him to our friends and family for all of their real estate needs to come.

Garrett was excellent to work with! His superb marketing skills helped us sell our house quickly (3 days) with multiple solid offers. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. But besides that, we greatly appreciated how communicative Garrett was and his attention to detail as helped us navigate each step of the selling process. His great communication skills definitely played a large part in our smooth experience. We would highly recommend Garrett to anyone looking for an agent in the Toledo area.
