I am a cautious, financially conservative, and very thorough out of state real estate investor who is new to the Toledo market. We closed on our first Toledo SFH in October, and we’re closing on another as I write this review. Taylor has been generous with her time and her knowledge; she has helped to steer me into areas and into homes that are appropriate to our investing style. She spent time with me on both my visits to Toledo to suss out the market. Her local knowledge is very deep, which has proved useful in acquiring professionals from HVAC to electricians, plumbers, and inspection companies to evaluate homes prior to purchase. This is doubly important as we’re evaluating these homes largely without seeing them in person. Taylor is an extremely hard worker; she makes herself available to her clients and brings value to real estate transactions. My wife and I look forward to developing a long term and mutually beneficial relationship with Taylor. I recommend her without reservation.

Justin is great to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions, and he always responded quickly and clearly. He guided us through every step of the process, made everything smooth, and kept us updated the whole time. His professionalism, patience, and fast communication gave us confidence. If I could give more stars I would. Tyler was great from start to finish on selling my home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made a stressful time easier. I appreciated the quick responses and him walking me through the process and answering all my questions. I will recommend Tyler every time someone is looking to sell or buy a home. Tyler is great! He listed my house for me after my wife passed away. He handled everything quickly, honestly, and professionally. I was in a different state but was kept apprised of everything, viewings, offers, comments, etc.. I highly recommend Tyler to anyone buying or selling. You will not be disappointed!
