Ben was great to work with from beginning to end! He was very knowledgeable in the housing market and Toledo areas. He sent us many options to choose from and was very flexible with our work schedules to go view them. We at no point felt like we were being pressured into anything. Ben helped us with looking at potential issues in the houses and also the strong points of each one. He was also very informative throughout the closing process. With this being our first house we purchased it was great to have updates on what was going on to ease our minds along the way. At no point did we feel like we didn't know what was going on. If you want a positive buying experience, do not hesitate to contact Ben!

Ben was absolutely amazing throughout the process of us purchasing our home. We started the process by him getting to know us and understand what our needs and wants were and he really hit the ground running from day one. His knowledge of the the real estate market, not just Toledo's market, was impressive. He was a professional in every sense of the word all while making the process fun and transparent. From early Saturday mornings to early evening showings, the flexibility he offered us to accommodate our work schedules as well as our timeline to make the purchase made the process as stress free as possible. His negotiation skills and strategies were key to us getting the house of our dreams and we will forever be grateful. I would recommend Ben to anyone and everyone!

Ben did an awesome job. He was super friendly and made finding a new home super comfortable and easy. He answered any and all of our questions to his best knowledge and was really patient with waiting to find a home. He never rushed us in any way or pushed us to make a decision 10 out of 10 really good guy
