Gail is an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I dreamed about a forever home with a few acres of land in the Minisink school district and that is exactly what Gail found for us. Although the market was tough she gave us great advice especially for being first-time home buyers. She was extremely patient with us and proactive. She was always coming to us with new listings and was honest when we asked tough questions. I 100% recommend a pro like Gail when it comes to buying your home!

I bought my house with Gail as my agent, great service, very helpful especially for a first time buyer like me, she guided me through the process very smoothly and was able to recommend an attorney, home inspector, everything i needed. I would defiantly work with Gail again.

Gail Rachlin helped me buy a pretty piece of land in 2017, which I held, not sure if I wanted to build or buy. Meanwhile, she showed me numerous houses, demonstrating expertise in the area--she even persuaded me not to consider one because she knew it would be isolated in bad weather! I felt that she always put the client first, and thought about my best interests in a holistic way. She handled a couple of offers I made that did not work out and connected me to a good, quick, expert home inspector when I had questions about one house, and attended the inspection with me. I felt a little apologetic about not buying anything else after the land when she gave me so much of her time, but she was always gracious. Even today, as I come close to finishing the build, I can count on her for good advice,

I hired Gail to sell my house, and it was clear from day one that she was a hustler who would get results. It was difficult to find comps for my house because of its unique nature, but Gail did her homework, accurately sized up the market, and gave me solid advice on steps to take prior to listing the house. Within days of putting up the listing, I had multiple offers at or over asking price, and by week’s end I accepted an offer. The sale closed within two months. Throughout the process, Gail was professional and responsive to any questions I had or issues that arose. She gave solid advice, provided valuable feedback, and kept me informed as things moved along. I highly recommend her.

One outstanding agent! We hit a homerun listing with Gail. Within four months we went to closing and received full asking price. Gail kept us informed every step of the selling process. She is a high energy agent who worked tirelessly to sell our home. Gail always took our calls her availability kept our anxiety to a minimum.
