Brian was absolutely FANTASTIC! He researched the area and prepared the perfect listing, and we sold my mom's 100 year old house quickly AND above asking price! He is so knowledgeable about the Goshen/Middletown area and was super responsive. He kept right on top of things, whether he needed something from us or we had a question for him. Recently, when I needed to sell my parent's home in Goshen, NY, I reached out to Brian Caplicki along with a couple other local real estate brokers based on signs I saw around Goshen and Middletown. Brian and I had an initial meeting at the house and he thoroughly reviewed the end-to-end process of selling since I was unfamiliar with the process. Brian was very knowledgeable about the Orange County area/market and honest with his comments about the home. Based on our initial meeting, I chose to move forward with Brian and his KW team to sell the home. Brian was was very responsive and diligent with listing the home quickly and there was almost immediate responses and showings scheduled. The app kept me updated on activity as I live far out of town. I had multiple offers within about 2 weeks of the initial listing. During the home inspection process, there were a couple items that needed to be resolved prior to closing and Brian's experience helped me find the right companies to fix the identified issues quickly. The outcome was I received an "above ask offer" and the home sold fast.
