Jeff sold our home in October, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Initially, he presented himself as highly knowledgeable about our township, with strong sales statistics and extensive experience. However, after we hired him, his level of involvement and professionalism declined significantly. Communication was poor and inconsistent. He was rarely present for showings, and his team handled most of the documentation and open houses. His primary method of communication was text messaging, and at times his responses were short, dismissive, and unprofessional. At several points, it felt like he was more focused on accommodating the buyers than advocating for us as sellers. We were not kept adequately informed about the status of the listing, and negotiations did not reflect our best interests. We also felt pressured to accept unfavorable terms or risk extended time on the market and additional financial loss. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this agent. I also noticed we were never given the opportunity to leave a review at the conclusion of the transaction, which raises concerns about how feedback is managed.

absolutely outstanding! If you are looking for a realtor that goes way above the call of duty, and I mean waaaay above! Jeff is your guy! No matter if you're buying or selling, the smoothness he brings to the transaction is absolutely outstanding! Thank You Jeff!

Jeff sold Our condo and helped get us the best offer. Our family has worked with Jeff over the years and always have had a great experience. He has helped with my in-laws buying of property. He helped us find the perfect spot to build out new home as well.

Freeman is a very knowledgeable and personable realtor. It was a no brainier that he would be the person to help me sell my house once we met. his knowledge of the area was like none other, his performance record was impeccable and the rapport he built with other buyers realtors in the area made my sale that much smoother.

Jeff is one of the most knowledgeable individuals with regards to homes that I have met. Being a contractor myself for the last 40+ years, you come across a lot of people that think they know what they’re doing. He not only knows the real estate market, he knows more about houses than most. He knows how to list a house properly and sell it in a reasonable timeframe. There are no better!
