Joanne was beyond exceptional in assisting us looking for our first new home! We had been looking for months and Joanne was supportive and helpful! She was friendly, kind and was always available to answer any of my silly and crazy questions. lol Joanne was committed to us in making sure we found the home that fit us! I would highly recommend Joanne . She is absolutely amazing!!!

Mark did an outstanding job in selling our home. He is a true Professional with many years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Mark is very well known with his expertise in our community. It was a pleasure working with Mark and we will highly recommend him to anyone. We will definitely call on Mark for all of our future Real Estate needs. I would have rated him 10 Stars if they were available!!

After interviewing several prospective realtors, one of our neighbors suggested Mark, since she had used him with great success. We ended up choosing Mark and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped us with “room staging”, with setting up the sales site, providing a photographer who not only took great pictures, but was able to add and remove some things to make the shots even better. The net result was that we had two offers on our house in the first week and we sold our house for a good bit more than our asking price. We strongly recommend him.

Mark was a Godsend for us. We recently had a passing of a family member in New Jersey and decided to pursue a skilled Realtor to help us list and sell the home. I did a lot of research and chose to reach out to Mark based on his fantastic client reviews and reputation in the New Jersey Market. He met with us promptly and helped to create a gameplan to sell the property. He guided us through the work needed to prepare the property in order to get the highest sale price possible and was there every step of the way. He also checked in with us consistently to update us on showings and offers. When to home did sell it was significantly above our asking price. He was patient, professional, thorough, and helpful from A-Z. I addition he even helped us to retrieve a few items that were left at the property and sent them to our new address! Thank Mark for your fantastic service during a difficult time.

Mark was efficient, timely, and knowledgeable. From start to finish he made the sale of my home as easy as can be! I believe that I got the most value out of my home because of his negotiation and marketing skills in regard to the real estate market in New Jersey. I am going to be recommending him to any friends or family members who are looking to sell or purchase any home.
