Mark was efficient, timely, and knowledgeable. From start to finish he made the sale of my home as easy as can be! I believe that I got the most value out of my home because of his negotiation and marketing skills in regard to the real estate market in New Jersey. I am going to be recommending him to any friends or family members who are looking to sell or purchase any home.

At every step in the process of buying a home, Joanne was there with great advice and superb guidance.  She found homes for us that we would have never found on our own and was incredibly patient with us and generous with her time.  She knew how to structure our offer in a way that would help us beat out competing buyers while staying safely within our budget.  She was truly amazing!

In the current real estate market, it is more important than ever to have someone who you can trust, knows the market, has the experience and expertise to position your home and guide you through the myriad of items that need to be done to maximize your exposure and your selling price. Mark fulfills all these requirements and more. After interviewing several possible real estate agents, it was clear that Mark was the best choice. We had a lot of concerns and trepidation about listing our home, but Mark worked with us to allay those fears. After listing our home, we were bombarded with requests for showings, then multiple offers. OMG, our heads were spinning, but Mark walked us through the process to obtain the best offer. And hooray, we accepted an offer well over our listing price with a closing date sooner than anticipated! Then there were the inspections, repairs, back and forth with the buyers, engaging a lawyer and township inspection. Again, Mark walked us through all this and even came to our home to install new smoke alarms to pass the township fire inspection. What more could we ask for? Mark did a fabulous job of selling our home and we are so happy. We easily rate him 5 stars. If you are going to sell your home, go with the best, go with Mark.
