Our experience working with Felix was excellent. He gave us a good understanding of the home buying process as new buyers and was very responsive and communicative during our house hunt and purchase. Felix was wonderful to work with in buying my first home. He was kind, knowledgable, and always available to chat and answer questions every step of the way. I was initially very overwhelmed by the process but he guided us through each step and made it so simple. He was available through text, phone, and email whenever I had questions or concerns or needed something explained. I felt very supported throughout each and every step. I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone on the market for a new home.

Felix provided us with outstanding service as we identified and purchased a new home. He never pushed, always suggested and really listened to us so we got exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond at all stages of the process, from strategy to win the bid on the home all the way through to close. When we had some issues with financing he put us in touch with a great lender who expedited financing so we met our close timeline. Whenever there was a question or a need for help Felix was there for us. We can't speak highly enough about Felix and he is definitely our realtor for life!
