We had the best experience working with Felix, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process, we found our home during the winter break but he kept the deal moving forward even with all the holiday celebrations happening! He is very energetic and went above and beyond at all stages of the process to help us find our dream place. Bonus he also speaks spanish! We are definitely going to recommend him to our friends and family

We just bought a home with Shweta in Kirkland. Working with Shweta was an incredible experience; she was exceptionally knowledgeable and tailored every step to our specific needs. She ensured that every house we viewed aligned perfectly with our long-term goals and lifestyle. She paid meticulous attention so that no contract nuance or deadline was ever overlooked. Throughout the whole process, she kept us fully informed with all the data we needed to make confident decisions. Her support went far beyond just showing homes; she provided expert guidance on planning finances, current market inventory, and local neighborhood trends. We felt completely supported during the negotiation phase, where her expertise really shone through to get us the best deal. She made a point to simplify the most technical aspects of the transaction, turning a stressful process into a seamless one. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated professional who genuinely puts her heart into her work and cares about their clients' interests.

Tina was great! She was patient enough to work with us for 2 years while we searched for the perfect home. She never once pressured us to make a decision or to hurry.

Tina was so knowledgeable about older houses and helped us determine how much work certain houses were. She never pushed us to put in an offer and was patient. We took 2 years to find our forever home and Tina was there every step of the way. Tina was clear, answered questions and was overall very professional!

I worked with Felix as my buyer’s agent for my home purchase in Puyallup. As a first-time homebuyer in the United States, I relied heavily on my agent to clearly explain inspection findings and guide me on which issues were important to address. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the level of clarity or guidance I needed during this process. My inspection report included a wide range of items such as an aging water heater, electrical panel concerns (including double-tapped breakers and incorrect wire sizes), missing or loose roof flashing, failed window seals, incomplete skylight insulation, garage door sensor issues, GFCI and outlet problems, rodent activity, moisture indicators, blocked attic vents, improper bath-fan venting, an unfinished driveway, carpet contamination, and other safety- or structure-related items in the attic and crawlspace. From my perspective as a new buyer, several of these issues were presented as minor or not urgent, and I later learned that many required more attention and expense than I had anticipated. Because I was new to the U.S. home-buying process, I expected clearer explanations about the seriousness of these findings and how they could impact future maintenance, safety, and resale value. Looking back, I did not feel fully informed in a way that would have helped me make confident and well-supported decisions during negotiation. As a buyer, I personally felt that negotiation on my behalf could have been stronger. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend or refer Felix to other buyers. My intention in sharing this feedback is to help future buyers—especially those who are unfamiliar with the U.S. real estate process—ensure they receive thorough explanations of inspection results and potential costs so they can feel fully protected and informed. I hope this perspective is helpful for improving communication and support for clients in similar situations.
