We bumped into Shweta on our very first day of house hunting and there was no looking back! We loved her demeanor right from the start- friendly, patient, driven and knowledgeable. As first-time homebuyers, she alleviated our stress by guiding us all along. Her enthusiasm and high-energy is a major plus and it was an absolute delight sharing our experiences with her. She is a knowledgeable realtor who helped us understand and navigate the competitive housing market in the Seattle and King County area. She was always reachable throughout our search, answering our many questions with ease and helped us secure our dream lakeview home in a quiet neighborhood with great schools and proximity to tech hubs. She shared several good pointers on preferred neighborhoods, build quality, appliance quality, lighting, unique house features etc. as first-time home buyers. She never rushed us and honestly laid out any flaws we were overlooking in certain properties. Shweta guided us through our research and helped narrow down select properties. Once we found our dream home, she didn’t leave any stone unturned by helping place an offer in a timely manner and negotiated the price with sellers (without us even asking). Shweta also connected us with the right lender to get us a quick pre-approval with terms which worked best for us. She also aided in obtaining a thorough house inspection from a very knowledgeable licensed inspector. Thereafter, she ensured everything was a breeze from offer till closing – earnest money to escrow, negotiations and getting information from listing agent, home appraisal, and home insurance etc. Beyond doubt we can say, we will love to have Shweta as our realtor for life.
