As a first-time homebuyer, working with Tina was a wonderful experience. She walked us through step by step and patiently explained what to expect next. She never rushed us and spent weekends exploring potential homes, understanding our goals for homeownership, and respecting our budget. She was always quick to act and offered excellent advice on how to make offers on competitive properties, which sometimes didn't work out as planned. She is very attentive to details and frequently points out things to us while reviewing houses, such as well-done renovations or maintenance, and areas that may require significant work later, helping us meet our goals. She consoled us when things didn't work out and was generous with her time. We cannot imagine having anyone else work with us. Before closing on our house, she was terrific in providing referrals for homeowner services; a plumbing recommendation over a holiday weekend helped us avert a costly disaster at a family member's home. Post-closing, she has continued to be very generous with her time and has consistently provided referrals. We would be happy to work with Tina again the next time we need realtor services. If you are looking for a non-pushy, kind, patient, and, most importantly, a fun human, then you would be lucky to have Tina!

Shweta is a fantastic realtor who truly advocates for her clients. As first-time homebuyers, we found our dream home very early in the process, and Shweta immediately jumped into action. Tina knew our neighborhood, did a great job at helping prepare the house and did excellent marketing. Sold in 5 days for more than we anticipated bc of Tina’s preparedness.
