I cant say enough wonderful things about Evelyn. The entire process from searching for a home to the actual purchase was made that much easier thanks to Evelyn. She has tremendous knowledge in her industry and is someone you'd want on your side as a buyer. Her negotiating skills, no judgement attitude makes working with her well worth it. She is graceful and extremely patient with her clients but is urgent when it comes to communicating with sellers buyers requests. Overall I'd use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Evelyn guided us during our 2-year home search, through our budget and area changes. Patient and helpful, she knows the purchasing process well and promptly answered our questions or got us the answers we needed on a property, even in the off hours when it wasn't expected. We really appreciated her guidance in the negotiation phase of everything and would work with her again should we need an agent.

Evelyn was highly recommended to me by a friend and went above and beyond to help me find my first home. She was fantastic and was very thorough with showing any houses I was interested in. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!!
