Their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Nick was so helpful in finding the perfect townhome in the perfect community. Extremely knowledgable during tours of the different homes, answered all my questions. He was there every step of the way and always answered the phone.

Jason did an incredible job helping us purchase our home. He was knowledgable about the area, local schools, amenities within town, etc. We never doubted that Jason was steering us in the right direction, especially when it came to putting in an offer. Jason was available to us for any questions/concerns and truly went above and beyond, exceeding all of our expectations, therefore making our home buying experience easy!

We worked with Jason and Nick when we purchased our first home 2 years ago, and there is no one else that we would have thought to use when we found ourselves having to purchase a new home to better fit our growing family. They had gotten us the perfect offer on our current home to sell - but then we realized we had to quickly find a new home - something that is nearly impossible in this competitive market. To make matters even more impossible, we were adamant on staying in the same down as we did not want to leave the school district, further narrowing our search. We were extremely stressed out feeling we had nowhere to go and could potentially lose our buyers if we didn't move fast enough. Jason & Nick reassured us the entire time and worked hard to try and find us the perfect home without needing to compromise any of our needs in our forever home. Due to the relationships Jason and Nick foster with the other agents in their office they were able to get us in front of a potential seller who originally wanted to wait a few more months to put their house on the market. Due to the situation and everything falling into place, we were able to work out an off market sale and Jason & Nick ensured the timeline fit with the sale of our current home. The only negative thing Jason and Nick did was finding us the forever home of our dreams even under immense pressure that is so perfect we will never need to move again. But we will make sure to recommend them to anyone we know who needs to buy or sell their home!

We worked with Jason & Nick 2 years ago when we bought our first home, and we did not hesitate working with them again when we found ourselves having to sell our home to find something that better fit our growing family. Jason & Nick are extremely knowledgeable in their local market and were able to get us a buyer offering way over asking price. Their marketing and outreach skills are top tier- drumming up over 250 potential buyers at our open house. They even ended up staying 2 hours past the end of it to make sure everyone got to see our home. We ended up receiving over 15 offers due to their hard work and preparation for our open house & showings. They answered the hundreds of questions we had and ensured the transaction ran smoothly. We can't thank Jason & Nick enough for their services and would recommend them to anyone who wants to get the best price for their home.
