My husband and I recently bought a house in West Palm Beach with the help of Gene. Gene helped us buy our fist home in Lake Worth, FL. He was very knowledgeable, knew the area very well and was flexible when it came time to purchase. Gene was our realtor when we bought our first house in 2015. He was very easy to relate with, great to work with, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. Gene always put his needs and concerns first. We were so happy with Gene that we've kept in touch with him over the years and are beginning the process with him again of selling our home and buying a new one. We were sad to leave West Palm Beach and to sell our first home, and we found Gene to help us. We had a tight timeline - wanting to sell our home by the time we moved in 2 months, wanting to show our home during a specific window when our family would be away, wanting to set the price fairly for ourselves and attractive enough to generate immediate interest. Gene helped with staging and worked with us to create realistic expectations of what the process would look like. We had one offer the day before the house was put onto the market and then two others the day it hit the market. Everything went as smoothly as could be, Gene was professional, clear, and expert through the entire process. On the day we moved out, we realized we hadn't cleared the place completely, and he even helped us by taking a load of stuff to the Goodwill and dump. We recommend him wholeheartedly.
