We bought and sold with Erin in the summer of 2023 and can't say enough good things about Erin and her work on both transactions. Erin is an expert on today's real estate market and helped us prepare our home for sale (and saved us a lot of money along the way). She made the process of buying and selling so seamless and stress-free, keeping us up to date on all the necessary details and always being one step ahead. Erin is an authority on Lambertville real estate. She helped us get our house ready to list for sale, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in discussing how to price the house, and also how to stage it. She has probably sold more houses in Lambertville than any other realtor the past few years, and we received a full price offer within a few days of listing it! Erin also helped navigate closing, including home inspections and fire inspections, and when an issue arose, she was able to resolve it quickly so that we could get still close on time. Her experience and knowledge of Lambertville real estate is what sold us when we were deciding on a realtor to sell our house in Lambertville.

It was great to work with Beth. There wasn’t a lot of inventory in Lambertville but she always made sure I got into promising properties fast. She was always completely accessible and in touch through the entire few months that we worked together. I also appreciate that more than once she told me not to settle, that the right house would come along. And it did!
