Cynthia Moon is by far the worst and most uncompassionate realtor we have dealt with. My husband and I are from FL and we found a piece of land to purchase. We made an offer and gave a deposit down. Our contract was for 30 days to do our due diligence. We did our due diligence in just under a week, but found out the infrastructure was going to be to costly and exceeded our budget. After we had told Cynthia we wanted to void the contract as we were still under our due diligence period, she and the seller refused to refund our deposit! We were absolutely devastated. We called our bank to stop payment, but it was too late as it had already gone into escrow acct. Cynthia was the most unorganized, dishonest, inexperienced realtor we have ever had to deal with and would not recommend her to anyone. If we were to give Gates & Burns a 0 star we would.

Unhappy with service and delay in updates. Without confirmation of our knowledge, did not show up for a showing. Stated he emailed us but I did not receive it

Great experience after quite an ordeal with a different agent. I highly recommend gates and burns realty! We dealt with Bill and Robin and they both were easy to contact and helped us every step of the way with our first time home purchase! Awesome people to work with!!!

Just sold my home through Gates and Burns with Bill Moon as my agent. He was dependable and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price and followed through on all aspects of the sale even after I moved out of state. I highly reccomend Mr. Moon . He is the Best !
