Sometimes you just get very lucky! My husband and I are relocating to the Bucks County/ Lambertville area and didn’t have a pre-existing relationship with any realtors. We were very fortunate to be interested in a listing that Cindy was selling. From the first time we spoke with Cindy, we were impressed by how quickly she understood our needs. She asked intuitive questions and really got to know us. After setting up a time, we meet her at the property, and she thoroughly showed us through the house. We decided to put an offer in that day and Cindy had all the paperwork to us within hours. Since we did not win that property, Cindy continued to take us to many more houses. She was always available for a call to discuss a property and always made herself available to us for showings. Also, she often sent listings for us to review as soon as they came on the market. Cindy made the process of purchasing a house very streamlined and stress free. Her professionalism, knowledge of the area & understanding of the market are second to none. We would highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Cynthia was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She made the normally stressful process of selling my home easier and sometimes even fun. As a recently widowed senior, there was a lot I didn't understand about the process and she went above and beyond to assist me. She started out as my agent and became my friend. I highly recommend her.

We have been represented by Cindy for the 3rd time now (in 2019 & in 2021) & we couldn’t be happier. She was our Listing agent twice when we were selling 2 different homes & she just represented us as the Buyers in a crazy Sellers market. If it weren’t for Cindy & her OUTSTANDING overall service & knowledge, we may have missed out on being the winning bid on our new favorite home. She gave us excellent advice when we were making our offer, as we knew we were in bidding war. Cindy is the consummate professional with extensive knowledge & passion about the markets & people she represents. She is on top of every detail; she is calm when things get hectic; she is kind; she is fun; she is thoughtful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cindy’s devotion to her Clients, and her knowledge of both buildings and this geographical area! She went far beyond the usual steps when listing and selling my historic farm and residence! She was supportive of me through the ups and downs of selling my home of 37 years, and I credit her abilities for the smooth transition I was able to make in moving to my new home!
