We had such a great experience working with Erika. She went above and beyond to make the home buying/selling process smooth and stress-free. She always did her best to accommodate our meetings and worked around our schedule, which we really appreciated. Erika was by far thee best person we could have picked to be our Realtor! We needed to sell our parents home because they passed away. She walked their house with us. She asked a lot of questions about the house. We told her a lot of stories about the history of our parents house (they lived there for 67 years). Our parents home meant a lot to us (their 5 kids). She really listened to everything we said & told her. It was shown in her description of their house in the listing. She couldn't have described their property any better. She was with us every step of the way. When challenges came up, she asked what she could do to help. When closing on the house got closer, she said she'd be there with me. All of her hard work, caring, communication & her kind words during this process were EXCEPTIONAL & VERY much appreciated. Erika is TOP NOTCH as a Realtor and as a person representing your property. We were so honored work with her.

Erika is absolutely wonderful to work with. We were first time home buyers carefully trying to navigate this crazy market, and Erika was by our side for 4 years before we finally found a house that was perfect for us! She is extremely responsive, detailed and knowledgeable. She always got us a showing quickly and never pushed us to move forward with a house that we weren’t comfortable with. Throughout actually purchasing a home, she was extremely helpful in making sure we were hitting the necessary deadlines, keeping us posted with everything that was happening, and making sure our lenders were doing what they needed to as well. Even after the home buying process, she has been very helpful by checking in and answering our questions! We highly recommend Erika! :)
