I truly can’t say enough good things about my Lisa! She was extremely knowledgeable, always prompt with replies, and genuinely great to work with as a person. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her guidance. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Lisa is a rare combination of being a really nice person that you would want as a friend AND is a savvy, fierce representative for you who looks out for her client's best interests. Lisa showed my wife and me multiple properties, did video visits to properties and, when we found one we liked, was very thorough in her research. She discovered structural building reports that were suspect and arranged for a specialized inspector to look at the property. That inspector did even more research, discovered that the property management had not made crucial upgrades and repairs and recommended we walk away. Not every real estate agent would go through that process and then recommend against buying a property but Lisa was more interested in our well being than she was in making her commission on that property. Ultimately we found a place and Lisa facilitated every aspect of the negotiations for us and we are so grateful for her diligence and expertise. She may have saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars in assessments. I could not recommend her more highly.

I recently contacted this agent to inquire about any fix-and-flip opportunities, since I’m an investor, but she just dismissed me and hung up in my face. It’s really disappointing to experience that level of disrespect. It’s unprofessional and ultimately harms them, because real estate is all about building long-term relationships.

Her understanding and knowledge of the Milwaukee real estate market is extensive, knowing the pros and cons of all of the buildings and property regardless of budgeted price range. In addition to her vast knowledge of the physical properties, other agents are eager to work with her, along with all of the players on the Association side who she knows due to her stellar reputation and a specialist in the Milwaukee condo market.
