I cannot say enough good things about Erik. I reside in another state and left my brother's home in his hands to sell. Erik is absolutely the best. He is extremely helpful, a highly skilled professional who loves what he does. You can tell this by how much he cares about his clients and what is best for them. He was very caring throughout the whole process and had helpful suggestions of how to work through any issues. He is always kind and caring and pleasant. I am so very grateful for his expertise and willingness to help. He always had my back. We had some issues to work through, but Erik always remained calm and responsive with suggestions of how to move forward. You will not be disappointed to choose Anderson Realty.

Erik and Karol Anderson are AMAZING! We sold our home with them as our agents. We had to move out of state and leave the home in their hands to sell. Very nerve-racking! But we listened to them, took their advice, trusted them, and that trust paid off. Our sale was full of ups and downs, ins and outs, but they remained calm and advised us each step of the way on how to respond, what the benefits of certain decisions were compared to others, etc. They had answers and insight to all of our questions and calmed our concerns with decades of combined experience. We have many real estate options in Visalia, but I recommend Erik and Karol over all of them!

We used Anderson Realty Group when buying our home. It was a wonderful experience, they took the stress out of the home-buying process! Erik and Karol are extremely knowledgeable and they have a very focused approach. I never had to follow up with them, they were always on top of things. It is very clear that both Erik and Karol care significantly about their clients. We never felt pressured to do anything that would be beneficial for them, they were completely focused on what was best for us. Even after the sale was complete, they have continued to assist us.
