First and foremost, I wanted to thank Karol for helping me sell my house so quickly and successfully. Thanks to Karol’s many years in real estate the pain and hassle of preparing the house for sale and then selling it was practically effortless on my part. The sales price and the time on the market (again, due to Karol’s strategy) was far and beyond my expectations. It sold in 4 days for over asking price!!! Karol was an excellent source of information not only in regard to the current real estate market, but also every pre-sales decision that had to be made. I was very impressed with her approach and suggestions - she really striked a perfect balance between getting the house in the best selling condition AS WELL as saving money for us. I particularly liked her strategy of showing the home only to those buyers that were pre-qualified. It saved me from leaving the house multiple times a day and let me focus on my long distance move. Buying or selling, I would trust Karol’s every suggestion and decision - her knowledge, expertise, good will, and a sense of ethics far surpass any other agent we have worked with in the past. Karol truly is the most knowledgeable realtor I have worked with! She was confident in the sale of our home and knew exactly how to execute a plan to get us top dollar. She has a great reputation in the community and represented us so well. She made our transition out of state so smooth and stress free. Erik and Karol are outstanding agents. I have used them for several transactions now and will continue to refer them to all of my colleagues. They’re professional, honest, well networked and are skilled beyond measure. We have sold two homes with them and both times, our expectations were blown away by their presentation and by the prices and terms we received. I cannot say enough good things about Karol and Erik! We interviewed three realtors before selling our home and Karol and Erik impressed us with their handling of data insights (the only realtors we interviewed who even had a section on data), their track record, and their outstanding knowledge of the marketplace. To top it off, they were wonderful to work with and made the whole process incredibly easy. They had great communication and were there to help me coordinate anything I needed to get the house ready. I cannot recommend them enough!
