Working with Erica was great! She’s efficient and very determined! As a first time homebuyer, being overwhelmed with the whole situation she was able to hold our hands and guide us one step at a time! She promised she would get us into a house and she did just that! I am a VERY picky first time home buyer. I didn't want to buy until I found the PERFECT property. Erica and I walked through countless properties. She'd drop whatever she's doing just to meet me at a showing. After a very long time, I finally found the one. Closing went super smooth and she stuck with me throughout the process. She so good at communicating and she'd answer any questions I had right away.
