Erica was very knowledgeable when it comes to the home buying process and explained things in a way I could understand as a first time homebuyer. She was very good about checking in with me throughout the process. Erica did a great job preparing me for my home search and we talked a lot about budget and needs/wants before we ever walked into a home. It was fun to look at homes with her and I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Erica helped guide me in finding my first home, and I cannot recommend her enough.  She was patient and took the time to really help educate and guide me through the process to make it an easier transition.  When we viewed houses, she really made sure to point out anything that could be a pro or con -- I could tell she truly had my best interest in mind, and when we viewed houses it felt more like I was looking with a friend than just a realtor.  Finding myself in a situation with a tough seller and multiple offers, with Erica's help I was able to get the home I wanted.  I highly recommend Erica, and know she will be one of my first calls when I'm ready to move again!

I really enjoyed working with Scott. He was very familiar with and knowledgeable about the metro and suburban metro area we were searching in. He's experienced, friendly, professional, and has a really impressive ability to quickly arrange things. He was really responsive, getting back to me often within minutes of me reaching out any time I had a question. Anything we needed, he was there. It was really amazing. I would absolutely work with Scott again, and I highly recommend him if you're looking to buy!
