Eric did an amazing job. It started with him coming highly recommended, then with an interview, he truly impressed me with his simple explanations of the process. Once it was "Go time", Eric was extremely hands on, meeting with contractors and making recommendations to assist me with the sale of the home remotely as I was living in Texas and the home was in Escondido. He prepared an amazing presentation using photos and drone footage then had an open house exclusively for the neighborhood to give every one a chance at closure after my parents passed away. After the first open house, we had multiple offers showing Eric's recommendations on pricing were right on target. Then he not only presented the offers, but also characteristics of the home buyers to assist me in my decision of who to chose as the right buyer. This was by far, the best home sale I have been involved with in 30+ years. And I have neglected to mention his team.....So helpful and quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend you consider using him and his team.

Eric and team were so helpful with our selling of our Poway home. Quick responses and over the top helpful team effort for our sale. No complaints! We had some ups and downs with our first offer falling through, but the team got right back to work and got it back in contract within two weeks. WE have purchased in the Sacramento area but would highly recommend Eric Matz and his team. Thank you Again!

We have used Eric for a couple of real estate transactions. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and best of all he delivers excellent results always surpassing our expectations. Eric is always available and responds very quickly to our inquiries. Eric works well with other realtors and has their respect. You really want Eric on your side when it comes to buying or selling a home. I would give him six stars if I could.

Eric did a great job selling my condo in Oaks North in a day, without it even hitting the MLS and at a price more than we originally thought we would get. He also negotiated ample time for me to find a new house in Ocean Hills helping me with my freak out over the condo selling so fast! His relationship with the selling agent for my new house helped me end up on top of the other offers. He was in contact with me daily even if it was just a few words of encouragement.

Eric was great to work with. He was extremely patient with us as I’m a very picky house hunter. We looked at dozens if not hundreds of homes over a 2 year span. He never pushed me on any property and in the end we found home and the deal we are very happy with. I couldn’t recommend Eric more.
