Four years ago my wife and I came to texas looking for a home to retire to. We met Jennifer and Eric and soon became friends. they found a beautiful house on 8 acres that was exactly what we were looking for. I was still three years from retirement so the keathlys jumped in again and found a family to rent the the mini ranch until we moved out from Cali. In our more than a few chats, Jenn and Eric knew we were looking for income property also, and a year or so later called to tell us about a 6 unit apartment complex for sale at a great price. A few tips to Texas later, we owned it. when we retired out here last year, our friends, the Keathlys helped us invest the money made on the sale of our house in Cali. we now own and rent out a duplex, a new construction, and a lakehouse on Cedar creek lake. They guided us thru all these projects with skill and professionalism that makes them only realtors we will ever use.

Jennifer was the greatest blessing to come along for us. I got transferred from Houston to Grand Prairie with 2 weeks to find a home an not have to rent. She found us a home, got us moved in 2 weeks before close an got the best sale price. You won’t do any better then Eric an Jennifer Keathly as your realtor
