We purchased a home this spring (2016) using a FHA Renovation Loan.. this loan process was extremely long and frustrating (Jan-March). Leslie was very supportive and patient with us the entire time. I contacted her daily and she was ALWAYS knowledgable and helpful! Leslie always seemed to have OUR best interest in mind throughout the entire process. If we ever purchase another property we will definitely contact Leslie Melton first!

I honestly was thinking of selling my home for years but the process was daunting to me. Leslie cold called me trying to find potential inventory in the area and boy am I ever glad I bit the bullet and decided to take that leap of faith! Leslie walked me through the process step by step day by day (and sometimes) night by night. She was there for me whenever I needed her which was sometimes probably a lot more than she bargained for! She is a fabulous realtor and now a great friend and I trust her 100%. I would recommend her to anyone!

After having 2 not so good realtors I was not easiest person to work with but Leslie is completely different (in a good way) from the others, she's laid back and always willing to help even when thing seem to be difficult she works very hard to do her best to make it easy on u. I have and will recommend her to everyone. She's very down to earth, caring, honest and not just wanting to "make a sale."
