I had a great experience with Pamela Mena. She was very attentive. She usually responded very quickly and gave me good counsel on the market trends and how much I should offer for that market. She was hardworking and seemed determined to provide the best service for me. She toured a number of places with me on video chat as I lived in another state so she had to do extra legwork as I was not there. She listened to my criteria for the home I was looking for, and was receptive and enthusiastic all while being an effective negotiator for me. She is also very personable and pleasant, which made the process less daunting. She even went the extra mile for me after the purchase, even helping me figure out how some of the home's systems work. I highly recommend this agent for all these reasons and would gladly use her services again.

This was the third time Jennifer helped us. We purchased a home in The Denver area in 2018, sold that home in 2023 and we called on her this year to purchase property in the Salida/Buena Vista area. She jumped right into action. Guided us in a fair offer, after issues were found on a home inspection she was creative in handling the matter and we received a $6K closing cost credit from the seller to mitigate the issue. Jennifer is outstanding and we would never use anyone else.

Silvia was thrown into my home purchase and she showed up!! She took me on as a buyer and my home purchase made her a transactional agent (Realtor that represents both seller and buyer). She was extremely knowledgeable and super fair. She was fully transparent, honest, and trustworthy looking out for the good of both buyer and seller. She explained every step of the process very well. She answered promptly whenever I called or got back to me immediately. She made the whole process easy! I didn't feel any stress, ever. She was made to be a realtor! Above all that, she is kind, observant, and very very sweet! Her personality bubbles and she goes the extra mile to relate with compassion and empathy. This was our first time buying a home and Chandra was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was quick to respond and setting up tours. She was friendly and patient. We would highly recommend her.
