This was the third time Jennifer helped us. We purchased a home in The Denver area in 2018, sold that home in 2023 and we called on her this year to purchase property in the Salida/Buena Vista area. She jumped right into action. Guided us in a fair offer, after issues were found on a home inspection she was creative in handling the matter and we received a $6K closing cost credit from the seller to mitigate the issue. Jennifer is outstanding and we would never use anyone else.

Silvia was thrown into my home purchase and she showed up!! She took me on as a buyer and my home purchase made her a transactional agent (Realtor that represents both seller and buyer). She was extremely knowledgeable and super fair. She was fully transparent, honest, and trustworthy looking out for the good of both buyer and seller. She explained every step of the process very well. She answered promptly whenever I called or got back to me immediately. She made the whole process easy! I didn't feel any stress, ever.
