Patti was fantastic. We had some challenges with our property & Patti was able to overcome them all. She guided us through the process in the right way. We were selling our property while we were out of town, so she picked up a lot of responsibilities that normally would belong to us the homeowner. She brought her expert eye into the situation and changed a few light fixtures and had The home staged and took absolutely fantastic photographs and videos. Top-notch, first rate, completely professional. We would recommend Patti Again, and again. She is a jewel, a diamond!

Adam was great to work with. I'm fairly new to Colorado Springs so I didn't know exactly what areas to look in and what kind of home I preferred. He patiently helped me narrow that down. After finding a home we liked, Adam showed his great negotiation skills and got our home to a price we were comfortable with. Can't thank him enough. Will recommend him to family and friends!

I was fortunate to meet Adam when he helped my son buy a house earlier in the year. Then when we needed to sell my father-in-law's home, Adam was the first real estate agent that came to mind. After an initial stint with a less than stellar agent from another company, Adam jumped in and made all the difference! He was absolutely AMAZING! Adam's use of technology was impressive, his communication was consistent, and several times he rolled up his sleeves and did the labor that was needed to get the house ready to sell. Adam knows the entire front-range area, and watching how he went out of his way to help my son buy a home, and then all that he did to help us sell a home, I can unconditionally recommend Adam wholeheartedly! You could not do better than Adam Frazier!

With my Pops passing away and needing to have someone handle his townhouse, there is nobody I would trust more than Aaron and his team to take care of it. Aaron was more than supportive and communicative during this process. There were snags with mortgage companies, but Aaron handled it all phenomenally. I am very thankful to have had such caring hands in taking care of his townhouse. He helped me keep my word to my Father and no words can express the peace of mind he has helped to give me. God bless Aaron and his team!!!
