Patti and her team are amazing! We presented her with so many challenges including a cross-country move, 3 large dogs, a strict HOA, and time constraints. Patti handled each challenge with professionalism and calm perseverance. In a difficult market, she found the perfect buyer for our home, and we are so grateful! I thought I was making it easy on Patti when we first went to see the house I was interested in. One visit and we loved it. We moved forward for the purchase and we were done. Pretty easy job, right? She definitely earned her keep on the backend. With selling our house, she came up with unique ideas to make us stand out on the market. Going out of her way to make sure it looked as attractive as possible to potential buyers. To really go above and beyond…nearly 9 months after the purchase of our new home, we ran into a huge issue with it. At this point Patti had no obligation to help us further but stuck by us all the way through until we had a satisfactory resolution. I strongly recommend Patti to any potential homeowners, or future homeowners looking for someone to help with the purchase or sell of a property.

Patti was highly recommended to us by friends and she was such a blessing in our long journey. She is kind, honest, very knowledgeable and very patient. And when we were ready to give up to find a good home, she was the one that found our dream house. We are so happy!! Patti is the best here in Colorado.

Patti was fantastic. We had some challenges with our property & Patti was able to overcome them all. She guided us through the process in the right way. We were selling our property while we were out of town, so she picked up a lot of responsibilities that normally would belong to us the homeowner. She brought her expert eye into the situation and changed a few light fixtures and had The home staged and took absolutely fantastic photographs and videos. Top-notch, first rate, completely professional. We would recommend Patti Again, and again. She is a jewel, a diamond!

Adam was great to work with. I'm fairly new to Colorado Springs so I didn't know exactly what areas to look in and what kind of home I preferred. He patiently helped me narrow that down. After finding a home we liked, Adam showed his great negotiation skills and got our home to a price we were comfortable with. Can't thank him enough. Will recommend him to family and friends!
