We were relocating to Colorado Springs so we were thankful to have Derek represent us. Before we arrived he sent listings from multiple areas of interest and even video taped his tours of the homes so we could make appropriate decisions regarding the properties. He is very flexible, made sure he was available for us, and had excellent communication. We would definitely recommend Derek as a Realtor!

I have worked with Aaron on 2 house purchases and 1 house selling. Absolutely top notch. Very communicative, professional, responsive and really listens to what you want. Derek was great to work with from the start of househunting to the final inspection and closing. He was patient with our family's transition from military to civilian job/life and was very flexible and responsive when it came to scheduling. Derek was able to hone in on our preferences, even ones that were left unspoken, and offer his first-hand experiences and advice on owning an older/fixer-upper home. His handiness in home repairs was invaluable as he picked out certain red flags in homes, and was present and helpful at our inspection, and gave input on starting our "honey do" list. Working with Derek made the homebuying process fun, stress-free, and enjoyable - we will definitely be recommending him to friends and family looking to buy or sell in the future.

I worked with Traci B as my agent twice, both when I bought and sold my home. She was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, kept me updated and informed throughout the process, recommended great contractors, and was friendly and approachable. She helped me negotiate a lower price when I bought, and a higher one when I sold. I’d definitely recommend Traci and the Johnson team and will use them again in the future !

Ryan is a very professional and dedicated real estate agent. He took the time to show us many houses and conducted detailed comparative analysis. He prepared all the information about the houses we visited each time. He professionally reported various comparative data, which gave us a very objective basis for choosing a house. More importantly, he was able to stand in the user's perspective and help the user consider the user's actual needs and interests. He was able to help coordinate with the sales unit and communicate and coordinate the opinions of both parties. He did an excellent job, and we bought a satisfactory house. We are quite satisfied with his work. If we intend to buy a house again in the future, we will definitely choose him again, and we especially recommend him to everyone who needs to buy a house!
