As a first time homebuyer preparing to move the family cross-country on military orders, I had a lot of concerns and questions about basically every aspect of finding a house. I am extremely fortunate to have had Kristin reach me, as I cannot imagine a better agent to get me through the process. From helping me coordinate with a great lender, to finding a home with the qualities my family wanted, to negotiating pricing to fit my budget, to giving me a detailed breakdown of everything I'd have to do leading up to closing; every aspect of buying my house was as stress free (as it could be) thanks directly to Kristin's involvement. Her patience, professionalism, and courtesy deserve recognition, and I could not recommend Kristin more. Kristin was absolutely wonderful! There are not enough great words to say. She made plenty of time to help me and my husband find our first home. We looked at multiple places and Kristin was able to find us a place that met all our needs. When we had scheduling conflicts she was more than willing to step in and help out. She really made this experience less stressful even with it being our first time buying.

Tyrone has done an amazing job in helping me not only to find a home, but also guiding me and selling my home, even though he was not the one to benefit from it. He has gone out of his way to make sure I find the home that exactly fits my needs. Tyrone, always returns my text messages and phone calls and answers any questions that I had going through this process. What an exceptional example of great customer service, communication, skills, and genuine reliability.
