Mark represented us as buyers, and we couldn’t recommend him more. He was always available for showings, even last-minute ones, and his attention to detail was invaluable—he consistently pointed out things we might have overlooked. It always felt like he had our best interests at heart and wouldn’t let us end up with the wrong house. Derek is a fantastic realtor, he made our first time selling a house feel supported and informed. He was always there with answers or suggestions to our questions of which we had many. Derek not only got the house under contract but helped navigate inspection concerns and more with his insight and connections. As someone who is a worrier by nature having Derek as our parter in this process was the only thing that helped make the complications not become overwhelming. We were navigating moving states and I could not imagine conquering this without his help. I will forever recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

Our agent Aaron made the sale of our home EXTREMELY stress free. We had a lot of questions and concerns during the process, and selling after the summer peak, fortunately Aaron knows how to sell a home in this tough market! He talked us through each step and we quickly realized how much we could trust him. He helped us during negotiation of the inspection items and got us what we wanted out of the sale. He was also able to connect us with a good contractor for a few items that needed fixing with a quick turn around and competitive pricing.
