Jessica showed up to our home the first time with a ton of knowledge and experience that we were looking for from a realtor. My wife and I were impressed with her professionalism and she already had plans to sell our property when she showed up. We could tell that she did a through research in our surrounding area, neighborhood, and near by amenities. We followed her lead and less than a month, we sold our home. Jessica knows what she is doing and she is the best. We will definitely work with her again if we need to buy/sell a home. We are beyond happy with Jessica. We are so grateful we had Emma as our agent. Emma and Jenn were absolutely perfect. We met with multiple agents when listing our home in Scripps Ranch. While there were many good agents to choose from, Emma and Jenn just felt right. They gave aggressive recommendations and were willing to push the price, but also were realistic and educated about the right selling point. We listed a bit higher than I anticipated, got multiple offers after the first weekend, and closed in just over a month. We received an offer significantly more than asking, and Emma did a fantastic job negotiating terms to help us with the move and transition. Both Emma and Jenn kept us informed throughout the escrow, yet were respectful and unintrusive through the entire process. I could not recommend them higher
