    Mary Ellen did a great job successfully locating a qualified buyer for my place. She was positive on the many issues that can come up when selling a home. I highly recommend her to help you sell or buy a place from the mountains to the coast.

    Pat helped some of my best friends find an absolutely incredible deal a few years ago, so when my husband and I were ready to start exploring, we knew where to go. We began our process almost exactly a year ago, unsure what we could afford, what we liked, and we our must haves vs. nice to haves were. Our process was on the lengthier side since I had a baby half way through, but Pat remained incredibly patient, professional, and client-focused the entire time. When we were ready to start up again, he was consultative, friendly, and helped us get answers on questions that we didn’t even know we had initially. At one point, we (read: “I”) was ready to move forward on a townhome in Carlsbad, despite a very high HOA, no driveway, and a configuration that would have become problematic over time. Pat carefully, but honestly said he would be supportive, but that he advised against it since he was confident we would find sometime much better out there, and we did. The first offer we put in received a counter, we counter back, and was ultimately accepted. Everything from there on was smooth sailing and we just closed today. Can’t say enough positive things about Pat, his energy, the experience, and how he treats his friends and clients.
