WOW what else can we say wait...WOW AWESOME AMAZING. Both of these ladies are great at making you feel relaxed and like friends or family. When going thru the process they are able to get you pass the stressful spots quickly. We are blessed to find these ladies and all there connections are at the highest of what they do. Thank you again for everything. Down to earth....living and loving life and family oriented, easy to talk and listen to, did I say friendly, awesome, knowledgeable on what the processes are and ways to handle issues that may pop up at the last minute.

After speaking to several Realtors we choose to use The Nealy Cook Group to help us find our new home. We definitely made the right choice! They handled everything for us. There were multiple offers received on the property day one of the listing...they knew exactly what to do to ensure our offer was accepted. Our home even appraised for $16K more than the purchase price...so we were thrilled! They also had a great relationship with the title company, home inspectors and the listing agent. In the event of us selling or purchasing another property...we will definitely be using them!

We were looking for a smart investment property and Emily helped us find the perfect one. She was great through the whole process and her patience with us helped us to get through it with minimal anxiety. She was great and I'd recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!!
