I honestly wasn't sure about Emily when we first selected her to be our real estate agent - but we came to realize she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and genuinely had our best interests in mind as she supported us in making the best decisions at every step of the process. She was patient with us as we slowly figured out what kind of house we did and didn't want, showing us a lot of different types of houses in different areas until we figured out our preferences. She found our house a couple days before it even came on market, so we were able to quickly see it and make an offer before too many other potential buyers got eyes on it. She is well networked and made incredible recommendations with vetted professionals she's worked with before, including the home inspector, structural engineer, and most importantly, the local bank lender who gave us the best offer by far of the several I checked out. We would work with Emily again in a heartbeat (and maybe will)!

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to buy and sell our homes. Emily is the perfect balance of calm and proactive to handle all the ups and downs of buying and selling. Her steady presence and wealth of experience got us our dream home and sold our previous home all within a summer school break. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Emily is very responsible and knowledgeable person when it comes to your heal estate needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor in college park area. She is actually very quick in responding via call or text. I had to no issues contacting her even though I live in Arizona. I had a great experience working with Emily buying a house around the college park area for my son!

I can't say enough good things about working with Emily Jackson about our realtor to sell our house. First of all, she was very professional and knowledgeable, but always stepped back and let us make the decisions. Additionally, we ended up dealing with some annoying issues and she was continually patient and worked persistently to resolve them. We are SO grateful for all of her efforts and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Emily Jackson is highly competent and is a joy to work with. She patiently walked me through every step along the way. Emily gave me excellent advice. Emily's efforts and attention to detail resulted in a very quick sale of my house at a price above what I asked for. I couldn't have asked for more. You will not regret choosing Emily.
