Mrs. Dieckmann’s work ethics and personality traits are above reproach. I have found her to be honest in her assessments and really acquires a personal interest in her associations and endeavors. She is organized and resourceful and a diligent worker, and fully commits to her undertakings. Emily is a person with a multi-talented background. She has experience in not only purchasing and selling of real estate but rentals as well. She is knowledgeable of the markets and current and past trends which affords an unusual insight. She has a military background with combat experience in separate war theaters which enables her to “think under pressure” and tempers her disciplined and dedicated approach to life as well as her professional abilities. Emily is an outstanding realtor. She helped me purchase a great view lot overlooking Lake Travis. She was responsive, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She also provided a comprehensive market analysis for one of my current higher end properties. As an investor, I've worked with many realtors. Emily is second to none and my "goto" person for the Austin area!

Emily Dieckmann is a fantastic realtor. I enjoy working with her. She never fails to go above and beyond. She is working with my family as we look to purchase a new home roughly three years from now (2018). Though it is quite sometime in the future before any transaction will happen; Emily is quick to answer my many questions without hesitation. I never feel like I am bothering her or that I am asking a dumb question. She has me set up to view the selling prices of equivalent homes in my current area so that I can watch the market and have a strong sense as to how to price my own home when the time comes. She has also set me up to keep an eye on homes selling in my desired relocation area, which is helpful as I work to budget and save for the appropriate down payment. Emily has a teacher mentality and wants to make sure I understand the process completely so that I can make the best move with my money. It is easy to see that providing great customer service is of high importance to her. Emily Dieckmann is top notch!
