Elizabeth is truly exceptional. Not only she is a great professional in the field of real estate (of those that hardly exist) who accompanies you and guides you with patience in all the steps, with extensive knowledge, many tools in her possession, dedication, and an incredibly positive spirit of help to move the objectives forward; but also she is a being with such a good energy that is contagious. Warm, very reliable, judicious, super receptive to one's needs and with a golden will. She helped us with the process of purchasing a house that was very desired by us, who live abroad; but it became complex, and it took around 2 years until we were able to complete it. Imagine! She helped us with everything, all the time, and with much more than what you expect from a realtor. She has an excellent contact network of support and helps you by referencing other professionals that you should also consider in these processes (lawyers, financing, insurance, tax return, etc., etc.). But not only she does give you the contacts, but she also accompanies you and makes additional efforts, because she has a vocation to help. In addition, she is skilled at helping you negotiate and facilitate communications with great intelligence and perfect Spanish and English. Communication is excellent, she always responds super-fast (she has even helped us outside of her working hours when we had emergencies) and she is there for everything! She doesn't let anything pass you by! Seriously, she is the best! We couldn't have done it without her. Without a doubt, with eyes closed, you should give her contact to anyone you want to help move their real estate operation forward. THANK YOU, ELI!!!

Elizabeth was an excellent professional when we needed to move. Not only was she super knowledgeable, she was so warm and friendly, and made sure we were clear in the process. We ended up renewing our current rental contract and not renting a new place BUT she was extremely efficient in understanding our requirements (2 big dogs) and a short time frame. I will definitely reach out to her when we are finally able to buy next year!

We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Elizabeth Costa of the Keyes Co Real Estate Team. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, selling of our house . I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on some issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Elizabeth was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again to Elizabeth Costa and the Keyes Real Estate Team for being such a pleasure to work with.
