Leann made selling our home of 21 years effortless. When we were preparing to sell, she met with us and provided expert advice on the different price points we could expect with different levels of renovation. Following that advice helped us to maximize the value of our house. When the renovations were complete and we were ready to sell in late 2025, mortgage interest rates were at a high point and there were significant concerns about the general economy. Leann did an incredible job of marketing our house in a very difficult environment; letting other agents know the property was coming on the market, sending out mailers to over 300 prospects, and did a wonderful staging of the house for potential buyers. More than that, Leann coordinated the last phase of remodeling of the house when we moved out of state – she and her team took care of everything. To make a long story short, Leann sold our house in four days and at the very top of the price range. We are now in our new home and so grateful to Leann and her team for their exceptional work and professionalism. My wife and I consider Leann a trusted friend who has our complete confidence and our gratitude.

Devon and Dustin were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They were responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. My husband and I were already out of town when we sold our house, but Devon was available and proactive to ensure we met all deadlines associated with the paperwork. We could not be happier with the experience.

Angie is a great realtor who will help guide you through the process of selling your home. She helped me sell my home of 14 years in a matter of days for above the listing price. While other realtors wanted to low ball the house for a quick turnaround, she saw the value of the house and knew I could get more. Her marketing of my house was excellent and she was always available when I had concerns. I highly recommend Angie to everyone. Especially teachers as she is a former teacher and will help you at closing cost time. Angie is the best realtor I have ever worked with and if I ever need a realtor in the future it will certainly be her. Thanks again Angie!
