Donna Chong of the Fox Team by far exceeded all expectations on how great a real estate agent could be, how important it is to get a great realtor, and how lucky I was to have her on my team. As a first time Homebuyer in an area like Woodbridge, I was nervous heading into it, I had met with several agents and none could meet my needs or timelines which can be difficult being Active Duty Military transferring to a new station. Until I met Donna. From the very beginning, she took the time to explain every step in a way that made sense, never rushing me and always making sure I felt comfortable and confident in every decision. She was patient, and I could tell she genuinely cared, as well as her responsiveness and communication skills being second to none. Whether it was answering my questions, scheduling showings, or offering honest advice about what to look for, Donna always went above and beyond. I never felt pressured, only supported through the entire process. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation skills helped me end up with the perfect house within my budget, and I’m still amazed at how smooth the process felt. We recently closed on our home and we are absolutely thrilled for our future there. Devon and Dustin were recommended to us by our friends, and we ended up working with Devon. From the start, her supportive and positive energy made our search feel easy and pressure-free. Devon promptly scheduled our showings even when most of our requests were on short notice and if she couldn't make it, she always had someone else from their team do the showing at our requested time. Devon showed why she was so good when we decided to switch lenders, about 12 days from our closing, which left us with a tight deadline. However, she was very organized and calmly managed communications between our former lenders, the sellers, and their agents to put everyone at ease and keep the deal on track. My wife and I believe she expertly negotiated and brokered us a fantastic deal on our house and we are very happy with our purchase. Devon also has a wealth of local knowledge and was able to provide very good guidance, recommendations and showed us how to navigate the process with minimal hurdles. We are very excited to move into our new home and if we were to do it all over again, we would ask for her to be our agent without a second thought and recommend her without any reservation.
