I had the pleasure of having Martina as my realtor, and she really showed a tremendous amount of attention and care with selling my property. It took longer than expected but she was always answering questions and helping to find ways to make it happen. She worked with local contractors to get quick fixes. She did all the legwork with the HOA and getting everything needed for buyers and the closing team. We eventually closed and it was a smooth as can be! Thank you so much!
