David was great! Every step of the way he provided education, support, and guidance. He spent so much time viewing homes and offering encouragement throughout the process. Stephanie helped me in an impossible situation, and was persistent with each challenge that came up. Without her I’d have a legal nightmare or foreclosure, and she went above and beyond to ensure a good outcome even with considerable challenges with a tricky sale. Without hesitation I’d recommend Stephanie to ensure your real estate goals are met. She was very professional and helpful at pivotal moments when we had unexpected shifts (squatters in CA, mental health challenges of family members, really serious challenges that made this a tricky sale). It was a miracle that we closed this on time and all of the issues were resolved. Thanks to Stephanie we can close this chapter behind us!

The day I called Glenn Kelley, I was in trauma. We lived in another state, our home was closing escrow in less than three weeks, we still hadn’t found a home in Redding to buy, our belongings had to be out of our home two days prior to closing, coordinating with a mover had to be in place, flights could only be made with UA, limiting travel times and options, and we were not familiar with Shasta County.
