I looked at forever homes as well and rental properties with David and he was an awesome agent throughout both processes. As soon as I told him what kind of home we were looking for we were immediately on the same page. If we ever move, we’ll definitely be using him again. You could tell he knew how to work the numbers for rental properties as well. He was super knowledgeable on the process and was good at finding actual good deals. Even for the homes that looked rough, he had good ideas on how to get the most out of the property.

David was so great to work with! He helped my wife and I buy an amazing house by helping us narrow down our priorities, doing lots of research on the history of the property and negotiating exactly what we needed. He is very knowledgeable about the area and which areas of town would be best for us. He is very easy to get along with while also fighting hard to help us win the negotiations that we wanted. Highly recommend and will definitely work with him again in the future!
