From understanding the home buying process, loan estimates, and home viewings, our experience with Weisbarth & Associates was truly a breeze. Our realtor, Ashley, was a dream to work with throughout the home buying process. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, she was there for us every step of the way with answers and support. She made herself available at odd hours after our normal work day, was prompt at scheduling house tours, and helped navigate negotiations with the sellers. Ashley was knowledgeable during the tours and inspection process which helped put us at ease while making a huge financial decision of buying a house. Working with Michelle was truly a fantastic experience! She came highly recommended by my sister-in-law, and now I understand why. As first-time homebuyers, everything was unfamiliar territory for us, but Michelle was there to explain every part of the process and guide us through each step. She was our real estate mom!
