From understanding the home buying process, loan estimates, and home viewings, our experience with Weisbarth & Associates was truly a breeze. Our realtor, Ashley, was a dream to work with throughout the home buying process. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, she was there for us every step of the way with answers and support. She made herself available at odd hours after our normal work day, was prompt at scheduling house tours, and helped navigate negotiations with the sellers. Ashley was knowledgeable during the tours and inspection process which helped put us at ease while making a huge financial decision of buying a house. If we ever go through the home buying process again we will definitely be leveraging Weisbarth & Associates!

Working with Michelle was truly a fantastic experience! She came highly recommended by my sister-in-law, and now I understand why. As first-time homebuyers, everything was unfamiliar territory for us, but Michelle was there to explain every part of the process and guide us through each step. She was our real estate mom! On top of that, Michelle is incredibly down-to-earth and we quickly found out we share many activities and hobbies. Do yourself a favor and hire Michelle—you won't be disappointed!

Doron was very professional and easy to work with. He was responsive and demonstrated extensive knowledge throughout the process and was able to help me sell my property at a fair price even at a time when the market wasn't the greatest. I would recommend Doron to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Seattle area.

Ashley Heim responded immediately to my need for a realtor, and what fantastic synchronicity that turned out to be ! My daughter was in close to immediate need of new housing because her tenure in a tiny studio unit at a community college was about to expire. However my daughter's ability to find it herself was all but impossible because of college classes and her work schedule. I, at first, researched Seattle rentals, Capital Hill area being the first choice, and found one bedroom units everywhere were not only somewhat scarce and expensive, but in questionable condition and neighborhoods. That's when I decided to purchase a condo or coop and connected with Ashley who rigorously sorted through possibilities with me and within days she graciously went out of her way and met us at my daughter's dorm. Ashley was impressively organized, particularly because of my daughter's time constraints, and we were shown numerous units in a precise order according to their locations. A coop was chosen and Ashley facilitated every aspect and detail of the legal processes including offers, inspection including some repairs, and communications with management to facilitate move-in. Ashley is a consummate professional, hands-on agent, with up to the minute communication skills, and a thorough understanding of all aspects of the real estate market and purchasing procedures. I couldn't be more appreciative of Doron's expertise, time spend, responsiveness and patience throughout the process. I never once got even a hint that he was concerned with expedience, his interests, or anything but the best outcomes for our family. I think Doron is just a real estate nerd in the best way, he is interested regardless of the price range, type of dwelling, or what's in it for him. I have confidence in this statement as I have worked with him twice at very different price ranges and with over a decade passed between. Of the many second guesses throughout the process of buying a house I never had any WRT our agent!
