Michael Scott Rains is the consummate professional. He treated our search and purchase as if he were buying for himself. He investigated details we didn’t know to check. We had a realtor in another state that left us wondering what the commission was actually for! Michael was not like that AT ALL. He absolutely earned the sale. His efforts to get to know us led to the house of our dreams - an outcome we couldn’t come up with on our own, despite hours of combing the internet. I highly recommend him and his associate.

I met Michael Rains when viewing a property he had listed and we hit it off immediately. We asked him to represent us in our bid on the property. We were successful in obtaining the contract to purchase the property in a very hot real estate market. I can't say enough positive things about Michael and his team's caring nature throughout the purchasing process. Michael was always "on top of it." He and his office manager Tony Scott also assisted us with many moving details and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth transition into our new home. Michael also kept us apprised of the process and schedule for closing. We were so pleased with his services that we asked him to list the other home we were selling. Dione Collier-Larkinand (Broker) and Michael Rains were extremely helpful in assisting us in making an offer that was accepted by the sellers when we were competing against other all cash offers that were made on the property. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the services we received and have already recommended Michael Rains and his team to our friends and family.
